Classes

Natasha offers classes on a month-by-month basis. All classes are currently live-streamed in Atlantic Time on Zoom. Natasha believes it is important to energetically flow through her classes together in real time. She does not offer pre-recorded classes.

Pilates Flow

This mat-based class is all about helping your body move better, feel stronger, and glide through life with a little more ease. We’ll work the muscles you actually need using Pilates-inspired exercises and functional movement patterns that build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Desk job? Athlete? Somewhere in between? You’re welcome here. Every class is different, so your muscles (and your brain) stay happily on their toes. Come play, explore, and discover all the cool things your body can do—just grab a mat and you’re in!

Barre

This class is pure movement magic. Choreographed and created by Natasha Colter, Barre is designed to help you get stronger, move better, and leave class grinning from ear to ear. Think standing Pilates meets ballet vibes, light weights, bone-boosting goodness, functional movement, and a full-on dance party—all rolled into one seriously fun class. No muscle gets left out, and boredom doesn’t stand a chance. Music and choreography change every eight weeks to keep things fresh and exciting. You’ll need bare feet, a sturdy chair (or wall or counter), and a pair of hand weights (1–5 lbs). No weights? No problem—water bottles or cans work just fine! Bonus perks include better grip strength and brand-new brain–body connections you didn’t even know you were making.
