Since 2004, our Body Harmonics Pilates comprehensive instructor training has been internationally recognized as a full Pilates instructor certification. In our contemporary approach, we preserve the original principles of Classical Pilates and include current exercise and movement science, pedagogical best practices, and somatic education in every part of the curriculum we teach. Our learning environment is designed to set our students for long-term success as Pilates instructors.

We welcome anyone with a passion for movement and genuine care for people.
